It is not easy to remain calm and focussed in the face of such a disturbing situation. We decided to maintain the usual level of support for our customers to the greatest possible extent.

In order to ensure a continued high level of support, we implemented general measures - such as stricter hygienic rules and practice, as well as reduced physical contacts. We also took precautions for the protection of our employees and to ensure our operational capacity. In all our endeavours, we place a special focus on ensuring the availability of your contact persons as well as our delivery capacity.

You can still reach your contact persons in our customer service and in our sales and technical departments via telephone or e-mail. We will take care of all your inquiries, and our competent staff will gladly be at your entire disposal to answer your questions. Due to official travel warnings and travel bans, we are forced to temporarily suspend or restrict all travel activities of our employees, especially after-sales service and sales managers. Of course, we still welcome visitors – under consideration of the applicable precautionary measures.

We still deliver

Due to our high in-house production rate, all mechanical parts can still be produced and delivered to our customers – if needed, also at short notice. Our foresighted stockholding allows us to presently provide you with electronic components as usual.
