Trim PU foam blocks to size fully automatically
The T 2 fully automatic traveling cut-off machine cuts PU foam directly behind the foaming line at a distance of approx. 45 m [147.65 ft] from the mixing head.
Cut short blocks vertically with the circulating bandknife
During the cutting process, the T 2's cutting unit is synchronized with the foam block. This means that this model can be used directly behind of a continuous foaming line. Once the desired block length is reached, the cutting unit automatically lowers and the circulating bandknife cuts the foam block from top to bottom.
Achieve consistently clean and precise cuts thanks to the grinding device
The T 2 features its own grinding device to keep the bandknife sharp over its entire life-time and enable precision cuts. This guarantees a smooth and dust-free cutting surface. The desired cutting length between 0.7 and 99.9 m [2.3-328 ft] can be preselected via the machine control system in 1 cm [0.4 in] increments.
