Splitting slabs, blocks and sheets made of soft materials
The Bandknife Splitting Machine H 42 A splits slabs, blocks and sheets made of soft materials, such as cellular rubber or polyethylene into layers with a thickness from 0.5-15 mm [0.02-0.59 in]. With three versions, four working widths and different additional options the H 42 A shows a high level of variability. This is also a reason that this all-rounder has been proven itself in different industrial sectors over many years.
Versatile H 42 A: reverse mode, return conveyor and loops
With its equipment, the three versions of the H 42 A systematically build on one another. Type 1 is the basic version with reverse mode and with a user friendly industrial PC for the operation of the machine. The 7 m [23 ft] long conveyor belt can be extended by multiples of 2 m [6.6 ft]. Type 2 is additionally equipped with a return conveyor in circular mode for endless glued or welded material sheets. Thus, this version allows the winding-up of split material to endless rolls. Type 3 additionally has two deflection units (loops) allowing a circular mode for several slabs or for ca. 20 m [65.6 ft] long sheets. As this version also covers the possibilities of Type 1 and 2, type 3 is particularly versatile.
Splitting and winding-up extremely thin layers
For splitting extremely thin layers, the H 42 A is the perfect machine. This all-rounder splits soft and very sticky materials, such as cellular rubber or polyethylene, into layers with a thickness of 0.5 mm [0.02 in]. With its high-quality components the machine processes material almost automatically, very accurate and reliable. Only with the H 42 A you achieve extremely thin layers with a tolerance of +/- 0.1 mm [0.004 in] up to 10 mm [0.4 in]; 1% for sheets > 10 mm [0.4 in].
Wrinkle-free winding of sticky cellular rubber
Thanks to optimized material guidance and winding-up the H 42 A is also suitable for sticky and soft cellular rubber qualities. Via the special deflection devices the demanding material is transported to the centric winder that winds it up wrinkle-free. Especially in the electronic and automotive industry cellular rubber is used for different technical applications. In addition, the H 42 A is also used in the packaging, construction, sports and leisure industry.
Splitting at a constant quality
The high-quality components of the H 42 A take care of a constant splitting quality. A light barrier and an actuator guarantee a continuous automatic adjustment of the high precision bandknife. Thanks to a vacuum system the material to be processed is precisely fixed onto the conveyor belt. With only one machine operator you can easily and safely operate the components of theH 42 A.
Splitting machine with additional options
Special wind-up devices, gluing and welding machines and a thickness measuring device are very interesting additional options for the H 42 A. Fully equipped even better production results are achieved with the H 42 A.
